About Lacey

Lacey has dedicated her life to the study and practice of compassion cultivation and meditation. Highlights of her training include a two year Meditation Leadership Program with Anam Thubten Rinpoche as well as extended retreats with Yangthang Rinpoche and Namkhai Norbu Rinpoche. Rabbi Zalman Schachter Shalomi, Gyatrul Rinpoche and Manu Korweah have all offered Lacey their close mentorship for which she feels tremendous gratitude and humility in receiving.

Certified in Chi Gung, and Healing Touch Level 4, and Community Storytelling, Lacey also received Teacher Training in Yantra Yoga and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She has delved deeply into studies in Mindful Communication, Somatic Healing of Trauma, Mindfulness for Educators, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Training.

As a former high school teacher she offered semester long courses in mindfulness, and has been leading sessions and workshops with nonprofits, corporations, hospitals, yoga studios and conferences for more than twelve years. She collaborates closely with Tibetan Medicine practitioners, yoga teachers, herbalists, physical therapists, acupuncturists, nutritionists (and more) to offer clients rich learning opportunities, exploring the intersectionality of disciplines in the field of wellness, and building safe, inclusive spaces that create compassionate and supportive community.

Lacey holds great respect for the wisdom traditions of the earth, always seeking to discover the universal and create meditation sessions that go straight to the heart of the matter and spread wellbeing and compassion in a world that really needs it.
